Sports Day 2026 Brings Team Spirit, Determination and Celebration

Published 13/07/2026

Students across Years 7–10 enjoyed an unforgettable Sports Day, with the whole school coming together for a fantastic celebration of teamwork, talent and resilience.

The day was packed with energy, enthusiasm and friendly competition. During the morning, students took part in a wide range of inclusive team sports, including rounders, handball, netball, basketball, tag rugby and ultimate frisbee, giving everyone the opportunity to represent their team and contribute to the day's success.

The afternoon saw students take to the track and field events, competing in a variety of athletic disciplines and demonstrating outstanding determination, commitment and sportsmanship throughout. Whether competing for points or cheering from the sidelines, students fully embraced the spirit of the occasion and supported one another every step of the way.

It was wonderful to see so many students pushing themselves, celebrating each other's achievements and creating such a positive atmosphere. Their resilience, encouragement and team spirit truly reflected the values of our school community.

Congratulations to the Red Team, who were crowned overall Sports Day Champions with an impressive 509 points. Green Team finished in second place with 446 points, followed by Yellow in third, Blue in fourth and Orange in fifth.

A huge thank you goes to our staff, Sports Leaders and PE team for their hard work and dedication in organising such a successful event. We are incredibly proud of every student who took part and helped make Sports Day 2026 such a memorable occasion
